Its not just the US traffic cops that like to get jiggly. It seems this goes on in other countries as well. check this dancing traffic cop out, he is not even in traffic, just dancing on the side.

This fool here, I don’t think you can call it dancing, he just looks really confused. This really can’t be too safe for cars and traffic since he seems to be pointing them in all four directions at the same time. Silly traffic cop, maybe a better traffic light would work best at that intersection in the Philippines.
